The children have had plenty of opportunities to investigate, experiment and record their scientific endeavours this year. They really enjoyed the practical nature of this work and and it helps facilitate their understanding.
Magnets
They explored magnets and their poles and devised a test to test the strength of 2 magnets.
Electricity
Having fun with electrical circuits. The children experimented with light bulbs, buzzers and switches .
Materials
Testing a selection of materials to measure absorbency.
