Music in the classroom

Lorcan from the Arts Centre is teaching the children music practice and theory for a block of 6 weeks  culminating in a trip to the Arts Centre in Mullingar. The children got an opportunity to try out a selection of brass instruments using controlled breathing techniques. They are also learning about musical notation and will have some drumming  sessions. They are thoroughly enjoying the experience.
